Lavelle School for the Blind, Bronx NY

Developed Master Plan for expansive multi-building campus that serves physically and emotionally challenged youth. LOM created a master plan and oversaw implementation of three phases of a campus-wide exterior restoration project. Oversaw gut rehab of 25,000 square feet of new classroom space in main facility. Developed strategic plan for consolidating campus and leasing out surplus space to like-minded agencies.
